K1 after interview to delivery time for Pakistan

Hi

My interview was secduled on 16th jan 2013 but due to some issues in country embassy was closed dey called me and tell me to come to embassy on 18th jan 2013. Interview was precise and gone very good the visa counselor officer was satisfied from me he told me that I'll get my passport within two weeks and give my original documents back. He also told me about how I have to get marry within time when I reach to us. I dint got any AP slip but it's been six weeks nd I dint got my passport back. I mailed in embassy but they told that ur case is in process and will receive from courier office soon. So can plzzz tell me how much time take

I would call them and ask them what happened. That's really crazy

It usualy takes about 10 days to recieve. You may want to contact the american express and see if they have it. They are the ones who are suppose to call you to tell you to come pick it up. sometimes they screw things up and can not get a hold of someone at the phone number provided and they will send it back to the embassy so call them and also ask. Also check with the embassy I think there is a phone number for the islamabad embassy but it is virtually impossible to talk to anyone there but you can always give it a try.

I called dem in courier office but dey dint have it I mailed thrice in embassy n dey told dat ur case in process nd u will hear from American courier office soon. It's all very frustrating
