Hey everybody. Firstly, forgive me if I posted this somewhere I shouldn't have but I have a question. Can we schedule the appointment for the medical exam whenever is convenient or do we have to wait and receive notification? Does it expire? Thank you so much for your help!

You make your own appointment once you have your in country petitoin number ( after your petition is approved ) and yes they do expire if you want to use the same exam after you arrive on a K1 beware of going too early.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Depends on the doctor and country. We were able to schedule ours without an NVC/embassy case number. You can always ask the doctor.
