I am pretty prepared. I have all my vaccinations done and have received my police certificate. It's just nice to get the paperwork side double checked as I don't want to make any mistakes.

Including the Varicella vaccine? If so how did you get it?

I couldn't get this one. I got a blood test done instead to prove that I have had chickenpox. To be fair, I think this one is more important when you adjust your status. :)

Varicella is not available in the UK. usually it is enough to tell the doctor at the medicale that you have had chicken pox.

So, so happy!!! It seems to have been an eternity. :) :)

Can anybody explain to me what I need to do now and what are the next steps? What are the estimate timescales for these steps?

There is hope out there. Hang in there to everybody still waiting, your time will come! :)

Have you looked at this? It is specific to London. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/

Go to this link www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx. Follow the instructions on there. I remember I had to just fill in an application form and get one passport photo. The photo needs to be signed by a friend who has a certain occupation they specify. :)

Congrats...it is such a long wait...a horrible wait...by the way, way to go Sineadx and Ryan and Amy!!!!!...Some on this website like to "Lord" over everything and condescend to anyone who just has a question. Everyone who gets approved are just excited and (speaking for myself), I find this website quite the task to navigate...not very user friendly in my eyes.
