Hi everyone!

I'd like to ask about the fees for filing for DCF for my husband. If you can tell me the fees or direct me to where i can find them! Thanks!

You can check it using the USCIS website.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

Go

  1. to USCIS.gov
  2. Then go to forms
  3. Here

you can see the form being used and the corresponding price to pay. :innocent:

Ah I see ... thank you so much! I'll ask them!

>Does any one know if it costs more to add our children to it?

Are they the USC's biological children?

Algeria is no longer eligible for DCF (as of August 15, 2011). Here are the only offices that can now do DCF: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

You'll be doing the "normal" route of sending the I-130 petition to USCIS in the US, then going through NVC, and then the interview in Algeria.

So, the fees:

-$420 for the I-130 petition

-$88 for the AOS package

-$230 for the IV package

-$$$ for the medical (varies by country)

-possible fee for courier (varies by country)

-$165 immigrant fee
