My AOS got touched today and I recieved an RFE..... will this affect my AP?

Good to know. But I would need it now and I can not leave the country. I am so upset, spending 170 Dollars and than it takes forever to get through.

What do AOS RFEs come for, ussually?

Sure about that, Catherina? The EAD gets held back with an RFE, as it is dependent on the AOS application to have any basis. If you have urgent need to travel it may be worth an Infopass, Milka.

Make sure you're wearing clean knickers. You never know when you'll be run over by a bus.

I can't think of something I left out...

Based upon the experience of most of us here, the AOS RFE's come for things that you actually already sent, but they ask for again anyway.
