My Mothers petition for 130 is pending since Dec 2012.( PD 12/3/2012). The case online shows its under Initial review. I followed up couple of times with the CS ( level 2) while i was in US and they said its well within processing time. I am going thru a hardship as I have to travel frequently to my home country to take care of my MOM. My family is in the US. I explained this last week to the CS again level 2 ,and she said that you can expect to get an email 3/12013.

I waited eagarly the whole day checking my email, but have not received any updates ..... Should I follow up with them again on Monday... Forum please share your view on this,
