Hi Guys,

What should I put under the employment history in form G-325A for the current employment. Since my spouse is here with K1 visa and doesn't have work permit, should I put "Unemployed" or do I need to put something else? Please help.

I put none starting from the date she entered into the US.

It will be because she is not supposed to work when she enters on a K-1 visa until her EAD card. So none is the right answer. You can put the dates of up to 5 years history. So you will fill out several lines with dates if she worked in the past 5 years.

You simply list their employment for the last 5 years, like you did with the G-325A for the I-129F petition. They are currently unemployed, so you state that and put the dates they have been unemployed. Then put the employment and dates of it going back the last 5 years. If they were unemployed the whole time, then list unemployed and date it for the last 5 years.
