I am a student and have a small part time job of teaching at my college. I am going to graduate in May and plan on working right after. The part time job I have right now is only 3 hours a week - like I said - SMALL part time job. It is just to give me experience in teaching, and I am unable to have another job because my school work is rigorous this semester... up until this year I had a side job since I was in high school though. My dad is going to Co-sponsor me and my fiance and we are actually planning on living in my parents house for the first year of our marriage... my dad makes well above the poverty line and has agreed to co-sponsoring. I have applied for a K1 visa and waiting for our NOA2 and interview. With all that I just said, what do you think our chances are of getting denied based on the fact that I am not working a full time job right now? Thanks for reading this and thanks for all of the help VJ!

As long as your father meets the requirements, you should be fine. Just be sure you read the instructions carefully and attach all of the supporting documents. Good luck!
