Yes it does but they only work M-F.

Well you can count any way you like, but at the end of the 60 days you will likely get a response that says "wait 30-60 days". At least that has been my experience after multiple 30 and 60 day time frames.

Ha ha ha, yeah, count the weekends, or don't....there isn't much that I trust less than words that come from USCIS.
