I just received the email that an RFE was sent out to me today by CSC (March 8 NOA1). This was expected, so hopefully it will be a quick turnaround from this point. Getting excited!

So a March filer with the same NOA1 date as mine was approved yesterday with no Expedite! I wonder how that happened.....

What is your NOA1 date?

That plenty of December-January petitions were transferred by VSC to some other centers?

How do you, guys, think - does it mean that Vermont will start processing February petitions from now on, or what?:)

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

every petion is its own little mystery They process in order but some might take priority based on possible school age children as k-2 thats the only real reason I see that mine was approved so fast

Really so your saying depending on the persons situation e.g kids etc. I never new that. Thanks for letting us know this.

Thats what I came up with based on a phone conversation with uscis. I called them about 1 week before being approved concerned with the fact there are delays and I have a school aged child and asking wether they take that into consideration and the rep stated that everything is taken into account. and decided on a individual case basis. I think it makes sense ! i assume they dont want an immigrant child arriving after begining of school year jumping right into school

Lol. It makes sense what you say. I have my son going with me once we get approved and my daughter will hopefully be joining when she finishes university. So she will stay till then. Lucky for my son he was born in the US so I guess he is considered a native so he has his own citizenship. I did make copies of his passport and sent it as part of our petition just i case it might help. Who knows every little counts right. Wishing you luck with the rest of the process.

Hey there fellows.. Igor's list has been showing us quite a handful of Feb approvals in CSC for the past 2 weeks.. just saying :) have a good day to all!
