I wish that too, though you never know, maybe you'll get lucky and be processed in 5 months!

For our evidence we sent in about 12-15 photos with names, dates, locations on the back of each. Ever flight itinerary I could find, copies of boarding passes, copies of train tickets purchased there, bank statements showing purchases from there. I printed like 2 skype logs and then figured they weren't really all that necessary since I had so much back up info with the travel documents. I think I included about 7 different trips worth of travel documents.

Wow!! Cool,,

I'm slightly worried about our evidence though :(

I live in Russia and my fiance has been working here in Moscow for over a year now..

So we live together here in Moscow for 2 months now and our evidence includes only 7 photos of us together with dates and places on the back of each, several electronic train tickets (when we started dating I was living in another Russian city , so we visited each other several times before moving in together) and that's all:(

Also my fiance included his work contract and his business card (to show the uscis that he works in Russia ), and our future airline tickets for our trip to Europe in may 2013...

Do you think, that would be enough?

I know, that there can't be any predictions, but still... :(

I live in Russia and my fiance has been working here in Moscow for over a year now..

So we live together here in Moscow for 2 months now...

Did you use only your Russian address on all of your forms? Make it clear to them that you are both living overseas? I have seen in the CR-1 (Spouse) visa forums that when filing from overseas they have a faster processing time (40 days or so) and people believe that's because they want the US citizen back in the country paying taxes and working here. I don't know if this applies to K-1 Visas as well...you can be our test subject. :)

Thank you very much for your advice!!:)

I think I know what you are talking about, it is a process called DCF (direct consular filing) - when both live overseas and get married there too.

And as for the same direct consular filing for k-1 visa, there is no such option - everyone has to file their petition to Dallas lockbox and wait...

But unfortunately DCF is not an option for us - my fiance doesn't want to get married here, in Russia :(

I tried to persuade him that DCF would be much faster and easier process, but ..... :bonk:

So now we are waiting for the k-1 visa))

Moreover, he has to go back to US in a couple of months, and it really upsets me..:(

I wish this visa process wouldn't be so long...
