On August 8, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

I think our case was sent to NVC, hopefully it will be sent quickly to the consulate.

Gah. Fiance spoke to Tier 2 rep last night. They advised him that "March Files will start getting approved in the next 5 days." & to "call back in two weeks to file a service request if there is no activity."

We are not able to file a service request online - even though we are outside of the posted 5 months processing time. It says "You are not outside of normal processing time."

My fiance told the Tier 2 rep that there is a whole community of people who have already been approved for March, April & May... to which the rep shrugged off. So really, that makes his first statement just... baseless. How are we supposed to believe and trust these people when they are not honest about what's going on?

Back to square one. Trying to hold out hope and stay positive... but this is getting ridiculous.

Our time was today. NOA2. I'm happy but can't shake the feeling of stress about this whole thing. Other 2 approvals listed on Igor's List (along with mine) were from petitions filed in May. There is something wrong with all of this.

Onward we go =)
