No real pattern, but based on the reports I see, I am guestimating that it will take another 20 business days for mid march files to receive approvals (those straggllers left behind at CSC). At that point we will all be eligible to swamp our local senators, congressman offices and CSC. We should make call if we do not receive approvals by then...

Don't forget Feb/early March VSC filers who weren't transfered to Texas... still awaiting approvals. It seems like every case mid-March on, who was transferred, was then subsequently approved.
