Who's still waiting for their noa2? Have you taken any action? Been given service requests but no news?

I see the first few sept filers have been approved and august is at the halfway point. Our case hasn't even been seen so I'm guessing its not a background holdup or something. It's really weird, just having no news and not knowing when to expect news

Have you been married before or anything like that? Also do you have common names?

So it's only jmack and I left from VSC? Trying to get an idea since I know there a few csc but apparently not many vsc.

Is the ir1/cr1 wait the same as k1 wait? i thought they were longer, like avg 8-10 months? in our 'group' the only other petitions that haven't been touched are ir1s.

Have you been married before or anything like that? Also do you have common names?

nope and nope! our file hasn't been touched according to the site and the call center, it's just sitting there waiting its turn, idk when that turn will be since it should have been 2 months ago. We're a pretty straight forward case, never been married/plenty of proof/no kids or additional visa applications/no overstays/not from visa scam stereotyped country/no convictions or anything... Maybe our file looked suspicious for being too clean

The last remaining k1 from our uscis group was approved on the 28th, so at least i know they are getting around to them. maybe in a week or 2

230 days.

My fiances grandma fell really ill. Plans for him to come here and visit got cancelled since she might not last long. Really would like VSC to not be so mean about now because we wanted her to be there for when we got married. Its funny because my first trip there, she only spoke spanish and I didn't understand. On the last day of my trip she took me by the hand and said 'I really hope you and John get married' I was gobsmacked since there were no wedding plans back then and I didn't know she spoke english. Cute lil lady.
