Act sane how? By the house passing not one, but two bills last year to prevent this. Then watching the Senate and the administration do nothing? Not sure if you know how things work in Washington. Usually the house and Senate pass bills. They then have a conference to work out the differences. The Republican controlled house has done their part..... TWICE. I disagree with republicans on alot of things, but not this one.

I know facts are difficult to accept when your Nobel prize winner is in the White House. Try taking off those Obama coloured glasses for once. You might see more clearly.

You might get a bill to re-instate slavery through this House. That would not make such bill responsible governance. Fact is, the House hasn't passed anything on fiscal matters that has a snowball chance in hell to become law. Republicans know this. They do this on purpose. They repealed Obamacare over 30 times knowing that each of these attempts was futile. You call that sane? Seek help.
