OK so I called NVC today to check if they received my case. The person that helped me ask me for my case number. I gave her my case number and she told me that the case wasnt there yet. Then she asked me tro read my approval letter and found and interesting point on it. My approval letter state.

"The above petition has been approved. The person this petition is for will be notified separately when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application."

Then she told me that I have to contact USCIS because the letter state that is an adjustment of status and the dont process does, and that probably USCIS have the file. Can someone tell me what your NOA2 say?

Then I called USCIS and I got to speak with a tear2 but he was so lost with I was telling him that he wasnt any help at all. Im going to call tomorrow to see if a have better luck. I dont know where the file is right now. Im so stress out right now.

Ours did not say that, no. It said it was being sent to the NVC.

What does the status update on their website say? Which packet did you actually send in? Was it only the I-130 or did you include something else?

I follow all the procedures for the I130. My cases was sent to California and then they transfer it to my local office. They completed the cases there, but I dont know why they think is an adjustment of status. I will have to call tomorrow for a service request.

It was only the I130..no other form with it..The adjustment of status form is a different one, so I dont know how they got it all confused.Im so mad and desperate right now to know where is my case and what to do to fix this error.
