Hi I have tons of questions and really need some advice or answers regarding the filing of Form i-601..

and I'm really confused and worried, I am ineligible for a VISA because of 212(a)(1)(A)(iv) (Abused controlled substance), I talked to an attorney and we've made a draft for the form i-601, and I'm preparing for it.. He just wrote me an appeal and then said I must have an evidence/document of my latest DRUG TEST.. Question: Is my drug test suppose to be a record from ST. LUKES MEDICAL CENTER ONLY? or could it be on other hospital labs too?

I'm more worried coz my dad will be renewing his petition too and my whole family is in California already.. I'll be the only one left here anymore..

I need answers and hope.. please :(

and another question about the Form i-601A that will be released on March 4, 2013? right? what about that? what are the advantages of the new Waiver Program? Please anyone who know the answers please let me know please..
