Hi

It says in my interview letter to bring most recent W2 and paystubs with you to interview unless already submitted. We submitted last year so the most recent at the time was 2011 and the wage slips up to the end of november 2011. As we already submitted them we don't need to take the new 2012 ones right?

You should take the 2012 W-2's and the most recent pay stub that was available prior to your interview date.

My wife's mother is the Affidavit of Support who lives in a different state. My wife does not work although received a W-2 from her company she didn't even work for in 2012 for a refund they gave her of $90. What should we do?

Bring your wife's w-2's, just in case. Bring your wife's mother's most recent tax transcript with you.
