My baby just dropped everything at the messenger in Haiti..They told him to call the 14 of march, why does he has to call? Please help me understand!!!

They may have told him to call to make sure they receive the appointment letter from the embassy before he comes to pick it up. They do sometimes ask for people to call if there's an expected delay or they just don't know how long the embassy is going to take. My husband had to call several times...I can't remember if it was for the appointment letter, the visa or both. I'd start calling sooner that March 14 though (i.e. next Friday).

You will not be able to check online. Haiti Messenger ask people to call so you can check if they have received the package from the Embassy.

I would call before that, maybe even a week before. They told us January 8 and when we called on the 4th, they told us they had it since the day before.
