I don't see why not. Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? if you are the Beneficiary, did you have to apoint an agent by filing DS-3032?

you still can send it because NVC doesn't care who sent the DS-320 packet as long as they receive it on time and with all the documents requested. Just keep in mind that mail from Morocco to USA is not 100% safe and you may loose some original documents.

mail from Morocco to USA is not 100% safe and i may lose original documents ? ughhhh i didn t think about it that ll be a disaster if i lose these documents, it wasn t easy to get them, i live n the north, and was born n south ...i ll ask my wife, and see if she can send them from there, but still the same, i ll send here the documents and i can lose them too, ughhhhh

I mean do not use the regular mail. use fedex or DHL or UPS..and have make sure that you can track it along the way until you reach your wife.

if you chose her to be your agent than she will be getting all NVC correspondence.

In some occasions I used DHL (like Blvd Abdelmoumen), 2nd day delivery, cost about 500 DH.

yes you can send but be ready for any disappointments even by the 'trusted' courier companies. I would suggest you make copies of all the documents you will be sending and l get Certified copies of ALL your originals just in case.you may even want to send the certified copies to NVC instead of the originals and bring the originals with you to the embassy.
