When can i expect my Interview date. I am expecting my case complete this week. Will be able to get an interview date in April? Those who had their case complete in the first/second week of February are still waiting for the interview date. Not sure if i should be mentally prepared for May interview.

Usually from Case Complete to interview is a 2 month wait. Look at previous months for India. Your embassy is real busy and people do wait. Look all the way back to October.

Did anyone call NVC yet ? any interview date received ? I hope that we get our interview dates in this week. We are being impatient. NVC hasn't contacted us yet :crying:

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

They have the same answer memorized :angry: No matter how many times you call them, they give you the same answer that they don't know and it depends on the Capacity of the US embassy in your country. :o

Nope haven't called. Waiting for that first person here to say got it got interview date. Right now my nerves are gone. This is my first month in interview queue and my stomach is in knots (Of course I been in bed since saturday with stomach virus also :wacko::help:

So who's first, somebody,anybody call DOS something.

I have just called dos and still no interview date yet :(

I don't understand what's taking so long :angry: I thought they gave out interview dates one or two weeks after the case completion at NVC.

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

No it just seems like that. They assign basically like it has always been that 1st- 2nd week of month.
