I check my status last night and it was saying there is date for the case :blink: and yes I triple checked the case # . Weird cos two days ago it was saying "processing at NVC. It probably means my file arrived the consulate and they are about to enter into their system. Will call DOS today or tomorrow.

I just tracked your package, it weighs 16.2 lbs :o I don't understand what did you guys send to NVC :o Why doesn't my package weigh that much. it weights only 3.5 lbs :unsure: I hope that everything's fine.

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

You're right! I called DOS last friday and he said it should be at the Embassy this week. I'm sure the Embassy is kind of quick to put the case in their system 'cause it didn't take long that they have it ready..(",)

Aaaack, I got an email from NVC this morning, and I was SOOO excited as soon as I saw it, because I thought it would be our interview email, but it wasn't. mad.gifmad.gifmad.gif It was just the stupid case complete email, even though they completed the case a week ago. How cruel! laughing.gif I am so impatient!

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

I just realized my post almost did not makse sense. I really should have breakfast before I hop into VJ :D .

Glad you understood me . what I had intended to write was that there is no "data" in their system. The actual words are

"your search did not return any data".
