I'm starting to get nervous now, and I haven't even gotten my interview date yet! Looking at our consulate's website, it shows a list of all the interviews for each month. For the month of March, there are 58 CR-1/IR-1 interviews, or about 3 a day. I'm hoping this doesn't mean we're going to be waiting ages to get an interview scheduled! Fingers crossed. kicking.gif

Well congratulations dear.(L)

You can say that again Deb :P . Honestly God is perfect in His timing. We had tried three times over the years to get my mom a visitors visa without success and so I reluctantly( consdiering life here is hard for them at that age) decided filing for her was the next option. Little did I know marriage and baby was that close by. Her presence has been a huge blessing cos I would have 'died' of loneliness and depression here with all of these.

With the way hubby sounded yesterday(thrilled but wishing it was sooner), we will request for an earlier date and ask God to do His perfect will. Whatever response we get, we go with that.

That means we have to go do medicals ASAP and have the results handy just in case the response from the consulate is positive.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!
