Officially VSC, but they try to load balance, so you actually won't know until it has been routed.

We live in NJ, and ours originally went to VSC, and then a couple of weeks later it was shifted to CSC.

I-130s do not go to the Texas Service Center.

Currently stand alone I-130s also do not go to Vermont or California. They are directed to the National Benefits Center [NBC] and have an MSC number. No, they do not show up on the website under National Benefits Center. From there they are most often transferred to the local office closest to the petitioner. You will not get a notice of the transfer to a local office. Unless you choose to call and bug the USCIS, you will not know when it is transferred. We never called so I do not know if our case was in Denver or not, but I assume so because it is the local office to my husband's address.

Neither and none.

You will most likely still go to NBC as that is the current procedure.

From them, you are likely transferred to your local field office.

by stand alone, does it mean, Only I-130 filed because spouse living abroad?

if yes, then it applied to my case, as my spouse living abroad.

ok so i will get a MSC number, in some other very old posts it was explained that the I-130 gets transferred to VSC or CSC etc.. looks like the times have changed? or may be its just me confused!

is the current time line from NOA1 TO NOA2 4 months ? or 6 months?

when i checked processing times in below web site

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

i did not get any thing in NBC for I-130;

but i did get 4june2012 as current time under VSC.

Thanks and have nice day.

At the moment TSC isn't processing 130's according to the USCIS website that tracks such things, but the data is only through year end so that might have changed in the meantime.

I did say that they would not show up on the USCIS website. This is because the NBC doesn't keep most of the cases, they are sent to local offices. The local office sites will NOT show that they process I-130s but if you look at volumes and trends you can see that they do.

Stand-alone I-130 means exactly that. You didn't file the I-485 with it. You're not adjusting status.

The current NOA1 to NOA2 time depends entirely on your local office. Some people are done in a month, others from August are still waiting. I was lucky at 4 months. I would say you have at least 6 months. It might be longer or shorter, there is not way to know and no way to guess to be honest.

Just as a side topic to this. How does one get notified of the NOA2?

I saw on the guides and the USCIS website that once your case number shows up you add the Pet' and Ben's e mail address, obviously if it doesn't show up it cant be added.

We filed a G1145 and got an text and e mail for the NOA1 so they will use those same details for the NOA2?

It took 2 months for my case to show up online. After that I signed up online for notifications. The original G1145 only applies to the NOA1. If you can never sign up online then you'll be notified by the paper NOA2. :)

The Texas Service Center seems to be a bug on VJ timelines for DCF filers who don't pick a service center. Keep that in mind. I can't get mine to not say it.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
