Hi everyone just sent an email to Nvc to do the research was told not to put anything in the subject line

My question is was that the right thing to do or I should've put something in the subject line thanks for your help

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html

In order to ensure a prompt response:

Enter your NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number in the Subject Line of the e-mail.

Provide the applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth.

I would think you should have had one of your numbers in the subject line as per the above.

You want the case number for each in the subject line so I would think you should do it as 3 e-mails.

I’m guessing, but everything we’ve done so far we’ve done in separate e-mails.

Thanks for response.

I sent my AOS and Packet IV yesterday and it was delivered today to NVC.

Is there something I need to wait for - like an email or some receipt to make sure that my files have arrived and accepted?

Do I just keep calling them daily like we did for the case number and INN?

Congrats!

Just wait till the beginning of next week (a week max.) and start calling.

Keep in mind that you may receive some false checklists in your email.

I got our case number today! The race is on!

I think they said it was entered yesterday but I was not able to call yesterday.

Congrats on progress !

Okay advice. I'm compiling my hubby and I blackberry messenger chat history. I didn't know I would have so much! If I do all of them it will be well over 20+ pages. Maybe closer to 50. But I was told since it was a high fraud country that I would need to include more proof of relationship with the IV.

Thoughts??

Photos do explain a lot.

Try to get photos with family members and your hubby, and write down names who are in the photo.

This will help as well.

It happens. My husband had to snail-mail me the DS-230 papers 4 times because there were minor mistakes (like forgetting to add a my phone number on a line) that weren't noticed, although we both reviewed it. It become frustrating that we would even make mistakes that many times, even though we both kept checking them. Sometimes, it just slips from our view.

Hello all,

I need a suggestion for DS-3032 email.

Is it ok to put all beneficiaries( wife & two kids) in one email? :help:

Thank you

Well, I have emailed my 3 forms(spouse, and kids) separately with few minutes in between.

What you need to remember is, each case is separate and it would be better to email them separately.

Because, at the end you re going to get 3 separate, probably consecutive NVC case numbers.

However, keep in mind that emails that have scanned and signed( by beneficiary) DS-3032 forms

have better success getting accepted quicker.

DS-3032 Question

I am the USC, I am living outside the US with my wife. If my wife says I am her choice of agent, it will not matter because all is done through e-mail anyway? Or should she name a friend in the US to recieve mail for us so we will not have to wait for things to arrive overseas?

I sent 64 pages of facebook chats from the past three months; 60 pages of whatsapp chats from the past three months; assorted emails (not too many), 6 pages of skype records, photos from our trip in December, skype records between him and my parents; assorted emails between him and my parents. I could have added receipts from the trip, but I didn't. It was already 2 lbs. I didn't frontload as much as my girl, dwheels, but high fraud countries tend to make up their minds ahead of time.

I just got off the phone with the calling service, they are going to email me all of my phone records. I also have records of when I put credit on his phone as well. Happy about that!
