Does USCIS keeps track of how many times you call them? I tried calling them regarding my case and the tier 1 rep didn't want to transfer my call to a tier 2 rep she said they have one other info... uggghhh. I so frustrated with this people. I dont know what to do. It's a month today and nothing. I guess I'll contact my congressman. Any other suggestions??

I did get a congressman but I am not sure if it him who really helped or a coincidence.

Keep calling and if your file was transferred to a field office have them send a request to the field office. San Antonio did simply not send my file till I got USCIS contact them and then they sent me a letter saying they did it (1 month later!)...

It is a pain but you just have to keep calling till a nice voice listens to you.

Also, make sure you read thoroughly your NOA2 and what it says.

Yes they do! That's why they sak you all of your info. They are not suppose to note negative comments, but the reason why you call.

I actually did get information about the IV package. If you look at my signature below, I give the dates for all of that. You can see the contents for yourself, here: http://s128.beta.photobucket.com/user/smurf47/library/Immigration/NVC%20DS-230%20email

And remember, if you give over both email addresses to an operator once a case number is assigned, then all correspondence from NVC is sent by EMAIL. Nothing is sent by postal mail if they have your email addresses.

Wow! Is NVC process worse than USCIS process? I thought the major hurdle was USCIS but it looks from your posts guys it is the way around... :-(

no, i think USCIS is still the Wrse... but the thing with NVC, we have to call them over and over again for updates...

One month one week since approval and case in no ones hands. Not "received" today....sigh....

I received an email with a PDF attachement asking me to go pay $88 and also with an attached DS-3032.

However when I log into the system to pay, I dont see the bill (???)

Is this normal?

Did you try to use IE browser to pay the bill? Some ppl see issue with non-IE browser.

Always, always, always use IE for the payment portal (as well as other government sites). For whatever reason, programmers for government sites design them specifically for IE and no other browser. If it works in other browsers, bonus for them, but if there's a problem, they could care less, essentially.

I have an employment letter dated 02/07 and have pay stubs till last pay check on 02/28.

Do I need to get a new employment letter that reflect today's date to send the AOS packet?

Nope, that's absolutely fine! It's only a month old. Unless your income was raised, don't bother getting a new one.

Hey everyone,

My AOS and IV fee payment now shows up as PAID.

I paid it yesterday morning and it got marked as PAID today - so that was quite fast. Amounts were deducted this morning from my checking account.

I have updated my signature.

I am putting together the packets and hope to send it out on Monday

That is quick, congrats I hope/wish my case is just as quick as yours once the NVC steps starts. Btw, did you use Supervisor Review in your DS-3032 email?
