Yay, but this bites.

Have yer man bring yer 2012 tax stuff into the interview.

LOL Darnell wasn't until I read this I realized I am on monday tax day. I already have done it up just need to mail.

Now its back to assembling all the binders for interview. Goodness back to that frame of mind.

Yesterday I called NVC asking for my Case Number. The girl told me I will hear something in about 10-20 days. Today I received the e-mail with all the information!!!!!! I am so happy right now!!!!!!

If your husband and his mother live at the same address, I think your mother-in-law needs to file I-864A. I-864A is filed by a household member. This is how I understood it but do wait for what other members say. I am by no means an expert in this subject.

My mother and I live together and I did I864 and she did I864a and it was approved at NVC. It took about a week for them to review it.

Just called and they gave both NVC number and IIN!!!

I guess the congressman really helped:-)

Now, I need go read first page to figure out what to do from here EXACTLY.

I'm happy for you. We don't have any news from our papers yet.

I need some advice please.

I will be changing address on 15-March and I am about to pay the NVC bills and send the paperwork. Should I start changing to the new address?

If I gave both our emails, do we receive any communication from NVC through regular mail?

They should have both email addresses. Call up asap and give your wife's!

Since you just got the case number today, your IV package definitely won't be sent until after you move, so you can use the new address on the DS-230. As for the AOS package, depending on when the AOS bill is invoiced and paid, it might be after when you move, or at least, by the time they get to it, you'll have moved. So I'd suggest putting the new address on the I-864 as well.

And no, if NVC has both email addresses, then all correspondence is sent by email.

I made a mistake when emailing DS-3032 instead of typing my case number as Example : ABCxxxxxx i typed it as BACxxxxxx, do i have to send them another email?

It should be coming from the beneficiary's email account, so if you know her password, log in and send it on her behalf ;)

For all those waiting for their bills to show PAID (who paid last week), Im getting a database error now. Maybe theyre fixing the bug. Will check again in an hour.

10/25/10 .. Met in Auckland, NZ

09/05/12 .. Got Married in Santa Barbara, CA

USCIS:

09/26/12 .. I-130 Sent

10/07/12 .. I-130 Returned. Checkmarks did not print. Doh!

10/15/12 .. I-130 Sent AGAIN

10/19/12 .. NOA1 date

11/20/12 .. File was transferred to my "local field office" (Seattle)

12/14/12 .. Touch! Officially online!

01/22/13 .. NOA2 date (95 days)

01/28/13 .. NVC receives case

02/11/13 .. Case number assigned

May case should complete very soon...Can anyone help me get and idea how long Manila is taking for Interview to be scheduled?

17-Dec-11 Met my wife for first time

24-Jul-12 - Married in Philippines, Honeymoon in Hong Kong

20-Sep-12 - Return to Philippines for visit/Medical/finish up i-130

2-Oct-12 - I-130 Sent (Fedex)

3-Oct-12 - Received at Phoenix Lockbox

09-Oct-12- NOA1 email/SMS : I-130 transferred to NBC

12-Dec-12 - File appeared in Case status

25-Dec-12 - Returned to Philippines for Christmas and New Years

4-Jan-13- Learned my file was transferred to local office on Nov 27

17-Jan-13- I-130 Approved

I will be sending the AOS and IV packages together. I have more evidence of a bonifide marriage. Do I just stick those evidence documents between the AOS and IV?
