Paid the IV bill Tuesday 2/26. Money came out of the account on Wednesday 2/27.

It is STILL showing In Progress!!

Starting to worry that the IV packet that was already sent will be reviewed and rejected before the fee payment is marked Paid!

Your package definitely won't be rejected. If anything, just delayed a bit until the payment clears.

I paid AOS on 2/27 and it still says In Process. I think their systems are being slow or something!!

hi friends! i have question in DS-230 part1 #30. List all places you have lived for at least 6 months since reaching age 16.

when i was studying, i lived at my Aunt's house for 2 years, but i went home every weekend. it's just same province but different city/town. Should I include putting this? or not counted since i went home every weekends? Thank you!

It says list the places you've lived. If you were there every weekend you were visiting, not living. Your place of residence was your Aunt's house.

When I paid the IV bill, it was during the President's Day holidays and it took a week for it to show PAID. At least you didn't have to deal with what I did! Don't worry too much, you should be fine.

Lately, NVC has been taking 3-4 weeks to issue NVC case numbers. it took us 3 weeks to have a case number. Hopefully, you guys will be getting it soon.

I thought I would share the little math I did on the topic: Sent AOS/IV a week and a half ago - How to speed things up now?

I was trying to get an average number of days for the review of our packages by NVC.

I tried to analyse recent VJ timelines, but it's inconclusive since I can only get dates for "NVC Received" and "NVC Left", I would need "AOS sent" and "IV sent" and then "NVC left".

But then I remembered Saylin spreadsheet

So looking at 2013 cases with NO RFE and NO electronic processing, I get an average of 15 days (total days, NOT working days).

For 2012 cases, same criteria, I get an average of 18 days.

when sending IV package, for Philippines, our Police Cert is the NBI cert. right? so no need to send police cert, only NBI. in NBI cert there's personal copy and the other half. are we going to cut it and retain the half personal copy? or send the whole paper? thank u!

There IS a timetick on the timelines for when the AOS package was sent. There's unfortunately none for sending out the IV package though. Which is a major reason why I want the timelines updated, but alas I can't do that

And 'NVC left' would NOT help you at all for your calculations as the case only leaves NVC once an interview date is assigned, which varies by every single embassy/consulate. What you would want is 'case complete', which there is on the timelines.

Glad you found my spreadsheet useful though! I think it's a lot easier to see time ticks as it's all on one page, with hundreds of data, instead of slowly combing through members' timelines.
