thanks NikiR.my beneficiary are 3 do i count myself and our youngest baby on this i-864p??our baby have U.S passport coming because we file CRBA.

Yes.

You, the beneficiary, your children (even if they do not currently live with you) any dependents,+ any other people you may have sponsored.

So if it's you, your child and the beneficiary, that is 3. If you have other children, you need to count them too. You do not need to count the beneficiary's children (your step children) unless they are also immigrating.

On my case...I sent the AOS package on April 30 then sent the IV package on May 7 which included my civl dox and Ds 230...on May 14 we received the first checklist which was for the financial evidence for aos and the ds 230 part1 which i ignored since I know its a checklist. On May 22, I got another checklist for the DS 230 only...i thought this was just their standard checklist...however after several calls, they said they got everything else except the DS 230 which I find odd since I know and my wife knows she sent it along with the IV packet on May 7. Rsent Ds 230 on May 30 and was just received by NVC. All this got me thinking there must be something wrong with the DS 230 form i sent or they lost it...hmmm hoping for a case complete by next week...sigh

as what i read AOS is $88 and $240 for IV

Almost right...

$88 for AOS

$230 for IV

After approval: $165 New Immigrant Fee (aka green card fee.) paid to USCIS online.

I dunno... Maybe because of all the EP and online forms which she doesn't do? Besides that it's a blog not a guide! LOL

I've been haunting the NVC fee site.

I haven't been so anxious to pay a bill in my life rolleyes.gif

The beneficiary can elect themselves or the petitioner as agent. If the beneficiary elects the petitioner, then use the US address.

  • did i make it right?i e-mail ds-3032 each for my kids and mine.thanks

Are you the beneficiary or petitioner?

If the beneficiary, you can't send the DS-3032 on your kids behalf. The petitioner has to do it.

a beneficiary.i saw a ds-3032 template in vj and follow it.so the template is not right? :-(

There's a DS-3032 email template linked in the first post. You can send that for yours. But you can't send that on behalf of your children; the petitioner has to send it.

Please re-read the first two posts (or read them for the first time if you still haven't).
