hi! about the packages. what address did u put on fedex envelop? is it the aos address? or the iv address? thank you! :-)

I sent it to the IV address (attn CMR), had no problem, but don't know if it was the best choice (my packages were reviewed rather quickly though, 2 weeks).

CR-1 Spouse Visa, Filled abroad (I am the Beneficiary / Applicant)

2012 USCIS (MSC)

October 15: I-130 NOA1

December 15: NOA2

2013 NVC (BRS) Case number received 5 weeks after NOA2 - DS-3032
February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

August 17: approved

Mar 27 they approved DS0-3032.

Yesterday received IV bills, and paid today Mar 29. :)

Thank you for the reply. Well I didn't have to call, My wife and I just got two emails about sending the affidavit of support and how to pay and contacting them regarding the choice of agent. So roughly it takes about 10-15 biz days for you to get a case #, after NVC receives it. Our NOA was March 4. Received by NVC on March 11, Got the email on March 28 but on March 27 I think our case # was already available since I called and NVC started to ask our details before proceeding with the call. Updating my timeline now lolz.... :D

We have almost the same dates in our timelines :D ... same NOA1, NOA2 at Vermont. :wacko: so we are parteners :D

Were you able to pay AOS bill? Was it invoiced on the payment portal? We got our case number on March 26th and the portal gives us this info since then "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

Saylin I know this happens to many others but is it normal to be like this for 2 days?

Were you able to pay AOS bill? Was it invoiced on the payment portal? We got our case number on March 26th and the portal gives us this info since then "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

Put Egypt, but then make sure you include the proof of domicile letter that I showed you on another post, stating that he has a job and he is in Egypt temporarily.

Both invoices showing paid today. Now to push the lawyer to get everything sent. Hoping he's open today. But not sure with it being Good Friday. But I guess I can wait 3 days....... :unsure:

I sent original translated to NVC along with the attested certified Urdu but thats not been accepted. Lets see if they accept the original certified urdu one, hopefully

I'm not home for the week, but my wife got marriage certificate, birth certificate both from the Punjab govt that is in both urdu and english together on one page I believe.

I saw this post that you can get through NVC in 21 days hmmm how much truth is there to that idk

Long as you start the clock from case# assignment to case Complete yes it can be done. Figure 7 days AOS, If you send DS-3032 same day as case# you get that approved in 7 days about the same time AOS is on its way to them than 2 to 3 days later IV invoiced and off that goes. 7 days done. 21 days is doabe. But this task is for those that aren't afraid to call and be doggit about.

I miss calling NVC. I should call just to say Hi.

I may be bias. You see during the long wait from Case# to being able to do anything I had a rubber stamp made with our wonderful case#. During the USCIS process I had a stamp made with our full names on it.

But than at NVC I did have 1129 pages to stamp (didn't start out that way. LOL)

Figure it this way all the papers they process and they do lose entire files and original documents. Write on a sticky note the case# and names for the official documents.
