Alright, my AOS was accepted and I have my additional proof printed out. I didn't print out a cover letter, however for the IV package, so I'm going to have to do that before I mail it out...as in, here's all the stuff you want plus more stuff for $hits and giggles.

I called today and NVC still doesn't have a case number assigned yet. Is it too much to ask for a husband to cook his wife a home-cooked meal? See that is why I'm overweight it's because I've been cooking for 2 and I'm the only one eating it. Uggh makes me so steaming mad :diablo::ranting: I need Mr. Belding to go over there and yell "hey hey hey what is going on here?" I give it another couple of week before I decided to contact the senators and congressman. Only incase of true emergency when I will use the help me card.

Hallelujah!!!! Congressman liason tracked the file down currently sitting in New Delhi. She found out yesterday but was updated by the consulate today due to time difference. The consulate shipped it to NVC and the liason is waiting for a tracking number. She said she will follow up next week with the NVC to ensure they don't get confused. If you're in Pennsylvania and are having trouble, contact Senator Toomeys office. Great and quick response.

Thank I sure will

I resent the OPTIN email, and an hour later my DS-261 was available online! Have completed the form and got the email confirmation that the form was received. Hopefully we will see the bill soon.

 I sent DS3032 again today and marked it Supervisor Review, and it has been accepted. They have also corrected my surname. Just need to get invoiced for the IV bill now, and then my husband can send off the last of our packages. It's nearly time to get excited!!

How long has it been taking for invoices to show as paid? We paid AOS bill on the 27th (Wed) and still isn't showing paid. This is the third business day. Should I call or give it until Monday. (rant: why do all my deadlines seem to fall on weekends? Am starting to hate weekends! lol)

They've also got until the end of the day today to accept my DS-3032 or else I'm doing supervisor review, I don't care if it's only been a week, how hard is it to receive an email and review it?

I hear that. I've actually given up on calling because it doesn't really get anyone anywhere... and by anyone, I mean me. So I cut down my calling to every 2 or 3 days... that's usually when I get notice that something's taken place.

I'd go for the supervisor review email.
