I hear you! I'm also waiting impatiently now, desperately as well. Though I have been very patient all my immigration journey; have only called once NVC but now its very tough :(

Yesterday I called NVC asking for my Case Number. The girl told me I will hear something in about 10-20 days. Today I received the e-mail with all the information!!!!!! I am so happy right now!!!!!!

okay so I been calling nvc everyday for my case # so i can get this show on the road they first told me it was received on the 4 of march, now they tell me the 8 so for sure for sure the 8. It will be ten days tomorrow then i will raise hell lmfao!! :devil:

Good News for all of you with March 4th dates I just called and was able to get my Case Number and IIN and give our email adddresses!!! YAY such a great day I needed this news. I have already sent out the DS-3032!! :thumbs:

06/11/2012: Married

07/03/2012: I-130 delivered to Chicago

07/06/2012: NOA1 VSC

07/11/2012: Received paper NOA1

02/27/2013: Received NOA2 Email that we were approved

03/01/2013: Recieved Paper NOA2

NVC

03/04/2013: NVC received

03/21/2013: NVC Case no. assigned

03/21/2013: DS-3032 emailed

03/26/2013: Resent DS-3032 email with Supervisor Review

03/26/2013: DS-3032 accepted

03/26/2013: Paid AOS fee

I’m impatient here as well. So many little steps with NVC, each with it’s own little time delay.

My DS-261 has been reviewed and now waiting for the IV bill.

Come on - take our money already!

There's no way for the operator to know it's been received until the review has begun. The only way you can ensure it's arrived is by the tracking through your mail courier. And, obviously, once the package has been accepted or not.

ALL the time frames they give are just to cover their behinds in case it does take that long. But, for review of pages, it's typically 1-2 weeks. So, in your case, it's possible to have a case complete (if both packages are approved) by the end of next week ;)

Yes. It took about a week to receive the OPTIN acceptance e-mail.

F-M-L. Got an email from my senator's liaison and apparently the NVC lost my file. Going through the email trail my senator sent me, first NVC stated they haven't received it from the USCIS. Then the USCIS provided them with the tracking number and shows a gentleman named Desmond signing for it. Now, they state they can't find the case in the building. I must have truly pissed someone off. This is absolutely mother flipping incredible......this is complete BS.

Ugh, once again I paid my bill(this time iv) and it still shows it in process after its been 3 days since they already took out the money from my bank account. I noticed a member paid their IV bill the same day as me and their status was updated to *paid...

There goes sending out my stuff tomorrow at this rate..

Also a question(its been answered before but im still unclear about the *Right answer)

My parents are going to be my joint sponsor and they file their taxes jointly.

So do each of them fill out an I-864A or they can fill it out together?

9/29/06 - Started dating my husband (LDR For 5 years after 6/07)
8/22/12 - Married in Japan
10/10/12 - I-130 Sent (Japan Post)
10/12/12 - Received at Chicago Lock Box
10/15/12 - NOA1(no email, had to call and find out and recieved the hard copy 10/22/12) case at NBC
12/14/12 - NOA2(no email once again,randomly checked it online)
01/07/13 - NVC Case Received
01/25/13 - Case Number assigned and AOS fee billed(somehow NVC didn't write down the proper emails for my husband and I )
3/06/13 - AOS invoice paid!(more like the 4th,when they withdrew the money!)
3/04/13 - DS-3032 email sent
3/13/13 - DS-3032 replied to
3/14/13 - IV invoice billed
3/16/13 - IV invoice bill paid
3/19/13 - NVC withdrew my money(waiting for the PAID STATUS)

I emailed NVC my DS 3032 March 13, and did not receive any approval letter except auto response. :(

It can take up to two weeks for it to get approved. I would give it until next Tuesday or Wednesday, and then try doing what is suggested in the FAQ. good.gif

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

Finally got my husband's police report. Last bit of document I needed. Off goes the IV packet.

This waiting business :clock: is almost done. :dancing: :joy: :dancing: So excited that my part is done, I'm assuming no checklists. Fingers crossed.
