Called NVC, nothing… nothing on my AOS, nothing on our IV, nothing on our expedite request (received Monday AM).

Just so you know, the operator I reached today says that they don't make a note in the system when they receive your mail, only once it's been reviewed by someone. Apparently they only make a note when they receive your case from USCIS; not for any mail you send them.huh.gif Maybe this is why there is confusion over which day they say your case arrived from USCIS - they are just guessing!

Sorry Saylin. What I should have pointed out was that my idea is to get the US account so that I can quickly use the payment portal rather than mail a payment in and wait for it to get there and then have them process it.

This is common on most I-130s coming out of local offices.

Good on you for taking my advice !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Oh, I know. I was just saying there is the option of mailing in payment to NVC, like with USCIS.

So i am upset, i just called USCIS and spoke to Tier 2 customer rep, they told me my NOA2 was mailed 2 DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is totally not fair as i was approved on Feb 28th.

This has been quite common for the last 3 months. Numerous people have waited a month or more for their case to be shipped.

Thank god my AOS and IV packages have arrived today morning at the NVC and signed by L.Knapp i have just called the NVC to ensure that my packages have arrived but the operator told me that they might be in the building but still not in the system give us 20 business days o input and review them my question is there anyway to ensure that my packages have arrived and about the 20 days he said about is it real or just like the case number process ? thanks in advance. There's no way for the operator to know it's been received until the review has begun. The only way you can ensure it's arrived is by the tracking through your mail courier. And, obviously, once the package has been accepted or not.

ALL the time frames they give are just to cover their behinds in case it does take that long. But, for review of pages, it's typically 1-2 weeks. So, in your case, it's possible to have a case complete (if both packages are approved) by the end of next week ;)

It's taking NVC about 1-2 weeks to review packages. So, if both are accepted, you can definitely get a case complete by the end of this week.

Have you been calling NVC every day since they were delivered to find out the status on them?
