Can't get through to NVC. It's just ringing. Anybody else having problems?

Yesterday I called NVC asking for my Case Number. The girl told me I will hear something in about 10-20 days. Today I received the e-mail with all the information!!!!!! I am so happy right now!!!!!!

I now have my NVC case number, Invoice ID Number and Beneficiary ID Number. I tried to log into the payment portal with no luck so far. It's only been a day so that doesn't alarm me.

Am I okay to go ahead with my OPTIN e-mail though even though I don't show in the other system yet?

As long as you gave over both email addresses, you're good to go on sending the optin email.
