I haven't received any emails except when the NVC received my papers. The rest is phone calls. No text messages either since the USCIS received our case.

I have our interview confirmation email, and she has a copy of that. But they were asking for something else.

Yesterday I called NVC asking for my Case Number. The girl told me I will hear something in about 10-20 days. Today I received the e-mail with all the information!!!!!! I am so happy right now!!!!!!

Did you get an email that your case was complete from NVC? Wait for others to reply but you wouldn't get an Appointment Letter UNLESS your case was complete at NVC. You should ask whoever you are having your medical with. This could just be a case of differing terminology.

I got a case complete phone call and notified case was sent to Manila. Case was expedited, so NVC didn't make interview appointment.

No where does it say "case complete" email. It specifically states on e: "2 photocopies of your Appointment Letter/ Instruction Letter". You said you have an interview confirmation letter. As long as it has the beneficiary's name, the case number, and the interview date, then you're fine as that's exactly what they need.

Here's my dilemma, got our i-30 approved on March 15, 2013..husband was staying with his aunt, they got evicted..she didn't say anything about the notice ect...However, he's bn staying at a hotel, and will be looking to move into an apt hopefully by weds once he decides which one he likes better... on the USCIS webiste, it said the NOA2 was mailed, but he's no longer at that address...should he call the uscis and let them know the situation or just call on weds when he signs the contract with his new address...the reason why i am asking is because, i saw something where it stated, once it goes back to the uscis, u have to pay a fee for them to resend it, also it takes a while for them to resend it... Need some advice on this one, thank you..

For MENA countries, it's actually a good idea to send extra evidence with the IV package since in most instances, the CO at the embassy already made up their mind on the decision of the case before you get there for the interview, and may not accept any proof of relationship. So, in your case, I'd say send it with the IV package as you may not get another chance.

No, definitely don't send a new I-864 with the IV package. It's going to confuse the heck out of NVC. Just keep the new I-864 for the interview, unless you get a checklist for the AOS package in regards to the form. Then, use the new address when you send the corrected I-864 back.

Did she went through? she should be because appointment letter is in the requirements.. i pre-registered my mom on SLEC website and she didn't have problem..
