There's no guarantee you'll get a case complete email. Call them up to find out. It'll be faster that way anyways.

I used to call right after they open, 7am, never waited more than 10 minutes, and always had very nice people.

On my last phone bill my longest time was 32min and the shortest was 9min.

Can she use the template on vjwiki? would she need to still attach the DS-3032 form with the bar code and sign and date it?

There's a reason why there's a wiki on it So it can be used!

Nope, with the email format, there's no printing, no signing, no scanning, no attaching. Just one simple email. Follow the template exactly and it should be accepted within 1-2 weeks.
