GETTING HUSBAND HERE FROM JAMAICA

Timeline

Hi I'm a permanent resident in the states can anyone tell me the current time line it takes to get my husband here from Jamaica. How long from the day we start the process can we expect to wait until its complete. Also any important advice when doing the process , what should I do to make sure everything goes as fast as possible ? Thanks for ur help

I'm not quite sure what this time line shows its shows that they are in 2010 does this mean it will take about 3 years to get him here

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
