Received my GC in the mail today. My AOS journey took 130 days from start to finish. I will be checking on Ebbie in the next few weeks. Other than that, it's time to do all the other chores related to a change in immigration status.

Whew! :)

I have an update from USCIS: After 6 months of waiting, they sent me a letter telling me that I got picked as a potential Interview Waiver case, and that due to "workload reasons not related to my case" adjudication of my case is delayed by approx. another 6 months. I will be waiting a whole year for my Green Card, after waiting 9 months for my k1 visa. Isn't it hilarious rofl.gif

Kaaha!!! Long time no see! We have exactly the same problems, even down to the point of not being able to see my case status online. I am frustrated with the whole procedure - it just seems like if you do things the legal way, you're screwed. I just really need a break from USCIS.

By the way, check out those threads:

Thank you for the links, I will go through it later tonight.

I am visiting my family now in Poland. I hope I will mot have any problems with re-entering on my AP. All this process is so stressful! A friend of mine travelled to Germany and she had no problems at the POE. But I am just so unlucky :( I don't even have my driving license yet! I've been to the DMV three times and every time they make something up. Love Virginia!! Haha :) Instead of a SSN card a have a printout from their system confirming that I have a SS numer... Please have mercy... But I'll get there, sooner or later :)

I read somewhere that people with receipt numbers starting with MSC have problems witch checking their case status. Does yours start with MSC too?
