December 22nd, 2016 (Day 1 restart ROC): Packet resubmitted with better evidence

January 23rd, 2017 (Day 32 since restart ROC): Packet accepted and fee waiver approved

Congrats!! Did you happen to get a tracking number in your case status? We didn't. We thought it would be like the combo card with a USPS tracking number.

When we got it I think there WAS a tracking number, but I didnt see that till we already had it. Seems like time from approval to receiving card is 5 days!

From the time we submitted our forms till AOS approval (112 days).

Hmmm... Weird. I guess it's a good thing there isn't a tracking number. I'm not checking the status every 5 seconds. HaHa!

hi,

the interview was great not much questions and got verbal approval but the officer said that he require more information me and my wife lives together and he advise me to mail him everything!even he said to i want to approve it right away but i dont want anyone to tell me you got not much evidence that they live together!!and he said once i got it you should get your GC before even the notice!!

i mailed him everything same day we had the interview and he got it 2 days later even i sent him a week ago more mails!!since my interview was 12th of June and today is 18th of july i dont know what to do i even called USCIS and they said that the office processing time is till December 2012 so i have to wait till the approve January,feb and march!!

even my EAD year if birth mentioned wrong and its apparently our mistake :(

any suggestion guys?

Hello March Filers,

Just an update here, especially for those who might be interviewed in Denver in the future. Just got the text messages and e-mails saying card production has been ordered for my I-485 and that my I-130 has been approved--21 days after my interview approval. Took a while longer than most people, but I'm happy!

Just checking in here again after a long time. Congrats to all who got approved; we have no updates unfortunately and haven't heard anything about my AOS since the Biometrics appointment. Just read about some December filers from the OKC office though who are adjusting from a K1 visa like me, and who JUST got their interview notices for August - 8 months later. Booooh!

Call and ask to speak to a T2 rep ... things happen within a day or two when you call. We've tested & proved that theory in the April filers thread.

Congrats Blue!!! Glad that's all over for you. Can't wait till you get that card in your hand. As for me... I ordered the updated marriage certificate which took a while and am still waiting to get that in the mail so that I can mail it in back to the office. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it. I hope everything goes smoothly.

I'll keep checking on you Ebbie :) I hope you continue to update the group. I know the March Filers have been quiet lately. That's how it is, I think. But I consider myself a straggler because my IO took her sweet time to approve my case after the interview. :P Got a text message today that my card has been mailed. Hope it gets here safely and that there are no typo errors on the card!

Approved on the spot after a 10 minute interview in Jacksonville, Florida today. Details to follow ;-)

9th April 2013 - Application sent (i-765 i-130 i-485)


22nd April 2013 - received text and email saying they had received package, dated received on 12th April


25th April 2013 - received hard copies of NOA receipt for all 3 forms


26th April 2013 - received Biometrics appt for 13th May in New Orleans


13th May 2013 - Biometrics appt done


7th June 2013 - received NOA to appear for interview on 10th July in Jacksonville


22nd June 2013 - received NOA interview cancelled and rescheduled for 29th July


28th June 2013- received EAD in mail


2nd July 2013- applied for social security number


9th July 2013- received social security card in mail



29th July 2013- interview 2pm APPROVED ON THE SPOT


1st August 2013 - received NOA "Welcome to the United States of America" letter


5th August 2013 - received green card in the mail
