Interview was a breeze, took 10 minutes.

Didnt ask me anything barely at all, talked more about the town we live in since IO wants to move here. Haha

30 min later got email:

On June 3, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

Woohooo

Congrats on your interview Ally! And congrats Blue and Tash on your interview dates! Still waiting for mine but its expected to take long since NYC seems to take ages to give out interviews. It could be until August until

I get my interview date! But someone who's AOS was filed a week before mines just got an interview date in July. I am not sweating it because if I follow that trend and get an interview date a week after them it will land on the week I'm going to Florida!

Oh well, Ive kept busy here with lots of family events but I'm glad to see progress with other March 2013 filers.

So, I guess I made the cut! Received the news just now that our interview has been scheduled for July 11! 5 days before I leave to Florida, thank God I don't have to reschedule! Yayyy almost there!!

Tash are you still bringing your little one with you? are you going to have someone with you or will it be just the 3 of you?

A question for those who have already received their EAD/AP cards: did you receive a tracking number? I received a message that my card has been mailed but there s no mention of a tracking number. Just checking.

Thanks! And he didn't see a tracking number until after he had received his card in the mail. Weird.

I received a separate e-mail with a tracking number. It should also be updated on the USCIS website once it has been shipped.

How's your garden coming along? I plucked my first three tomatoes last week, and I have been using my basil and parsley for cooking. No news from USCIS, but I applied for my new SSN last week (in my new married name) - let's see when it comes in.

Got my ss card in the mail yesterday! So exciting

Now I'm just waiting for my greencard. It said card production after the interview on Monday, then today another email with card production.

Hallo HK! Thanks! Mmmm, you already harvested tomatoes? Wow! Mine are still green and growing. Been harvesting basil, kale and mint though and have been cooking with them. So far we have made Vietnamese psring rolls, Thai crispy catfish salad, Vietnamese pho soup, and kale stir fry

Yes you will get a text stating that your status has changed on uscis website and the email they send doesn't go to the tracking well. so log on to ur uscis account and from there when u click on the highlighted usps link itll take u to the tracking screen. It'll be about 7 days after your initial text about you having changed to card production status.
