On May 16, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Well, I never got a call back from that person, but I feel like it might have stirred some action because today I checked again and for the first time, i was able to check my EAD case online, and it said my card went in production today!!!
