:help: Did everyone submit their 2012 taxes? We submitted 2011 2010 and 2009 along with 2011's w2's and 1099's. I really don't want to get an RFE and delay my processing time. :crying: I just hope they are content with what we have submitted. We just sent in my spouses 2012 taxes to the IRS. Arggg worrywart :yes:

We submitted tax transcpripts for 2011 and 2010, and for 2012 we submitted the tax return plus W2's and 1099's. I think you should be fine though - until April 15, 2013, the most recent tax year would still be 2011 if you haven't submitted the 2012 taxes yet.

We submitted 2012, but our co sponsor had still not done their taxes for the year, so they submitted 2011, 2010, & 2009, along with a letter stating that they still hadnt submitted 2012 for the year but could provide it at a later date if necessary.

3.24.2013 - AOS package mailed (& lost...and resent)

4.3.2013 - Received @ Chicago Lockbox

4.4.2013 - Priority date

4.10.2013 - NOA1s - Email confirmations

4.15.2013 - NOA1s in mail!

4.17.2013 - Biometrics notice received, May 3rd

4.22.2013 - Biometrics walkin

4.23.2013 - Email - biometrics received

5.1.2013 - "Testing & interview scheduling" email

5.8.2013 - Interview scheduled- June 7th!!

6.7.2013 (am) - EAD went into production

6.7.2013 (pm) - Interview approved on the spot, green card went into production!!

Yes, 2012, 2011, and 2010. Try not to worry too much. Just prepare your 2012 tax documents in case they need it :)

Just got home from vacation and found our NOAs in the mail. I am guessing they were probably delivered the 8th as they were postmarked for the 4th. We left home on the 7th so it is as good a guess as any I suppose. Also, we received the biometrics appointment letter probably a day or two before we got back home. Appointment for 26th. Going to try a walk-in this week! Yay! :dance:
