i have a question, is there a separate fee for Employment authorization? coz we sent in $1070 and it was cashed last MArch 27 but we received a letter asking for another fee for EAD

No it should be $420 for the I-130 and $1070 for the I-485. That is weird. Did you send a check for your I-130?

I just checked my case status to see if it was finally working and only the I-485 works and its at testing and interview!!

It says if I don't get an interview date 30 days from when the notice was sent out to call them! Woohoo.. Interview in the near future, maybe ? I hope so.. :yes: keeping checking your statuses guys!

No, if your file for your EAD together with your AOS application (or while your AOS is still pending), there is no separate fee. The EAD fee is included in the AOS fee ($1.070).
