AOS .. Thought this sub forum was for AOS filing only... Since that's what I have been seeing...

I'm adjusting from VWP overstay though marriage of a US citizen . We have been married for 4 yrs

Hey guys. I just put in our I-485 and I-130 in this afternoon.. Can't stop thinking about it. My husband is the intending immigrant. Been together 3 years, we have a 1 year old together and got married 3 months ago. so excited

Hi Flor, finally sent it off today... Omg so relieved but still nervous, hoping everything is as required. Now the wait. I dont mind more filers so we dont feel so isolated, but on the flip side, we might be processed quicker if their case loads arent too heavy.

Hi Tashired, Yayy first step done! And yes I agree with you maybe things would go faster. Still a little worried because our situation is a little "different" and I haven't seen anyone else on VJ with same case but I am praying for the best. Are you going to make a timeline so we could keep track of each others progress? How's the weather in Ft. Lauderdale? We are about to be snow blasted in NY in a few hours ugh, so wish I was there. Lol

Yeah, I have some "internal" worries myself havent seen my concerns on here either but I know well enough to not ask advice on here some ppl can be really harsh so I leave it in Gods hands and the faith in my union. I wanna do a timeline, where do i go to do it? Florida is so sunny and nice right now. Sorry ur in the ice box brrr lol.

Hey tash, go to the upper right hand corner, click on your name and then go down to where it says timeline. Then it will ask you to enter the information that applies to your case.

After you do that, If you want to show off your timeline with every post you make, go back to the upper right hand corner, click your name then settings>profile>change signature and type in the dates and info you have so far. The firs timeline is so you can search for other people on this website with similar timelines as u. Pretty cool. Let me know if you still need help
