My grandma, a us citizen, wants to petition for her daughter, who lives in ecuador and is a citizen there. How can she do this? File a form?

Grandma should file i-130 for her daughter. Refer here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=86493e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=86493e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

If daughter is unmarried below 21 years old, she will immigrate within, more or less, a year (IR2 category).

If daughter is unmarried 21 years old and above, waiting time for the visa is 7 YEARS (F1 category). She has to maintain her unmarried status for the whole duration of the F1 category, if she marries then she gets transferred to F3.

If daughter is married (regardless of age), waiting time for the visa is 11 YEARS (F3 category).
