Congrats! But for those reading this and new here, they are NOT adjucating a lot of jan. This is a rare instance and definitely not the norm. Right now it seems they are actually on late August with some July and Sept mixed in. Don't expect yours to also be done this fast, it's more likely to take 6, 7, 8 months. They were lucky and are the exceptions, not the rule.

Well I'm still waiting i filed Aug 9 nothing yet

Exactly my point! Which was: they are definetly not focusing on jan, when there are still several months to go...and several cases of people like you guys and us!

This is the first January case I've heard of being approved. I don't know where he got the idea that lots of January cases are being approved. Lucky break though!
