USCIS CSC k1 Data for December updated.......

So I just looked at the volume data for the USCIS and I see that December data is out. In December, the CSC completed 484 k1 applications. This is down 84% from August (when we filed). I hope some manager at the CSC looks at these stats and says, hmm perhaps we need to spend some more time on k1's..........

and by looking at the data, they can really turn on the processing when they want to. They have jumps of over 1000 cases per month additionally completed from June to July last year

While at the same time in December, VSC processed 3351 k1 visas. wow

I know what you mean. 484 completions is just nothing looking at the volume of new petitions and the pending petitions they are digging themselves in a hole they can't ever come out of. Once DACA slows they will be overwhelmed with other petitions and these petitions take priority in processing and just letting them pile is not enough. They need to do something about it and need to address the situations now. I've read in another thread that they are just trying to make a political statement. We will see how much tax income has been raised by the Federal government once DACAs have been approved.
