I just got married and change my name to my husband's family name.

Now i am stuck with the paper work as i am not sure what name should i fill in.

I do not want my changed name to contradict to the K1 paperwork and my passport.

How should i go about it?

Anyone that have been through the procedures and kindly assist me.

Do i need to change my passport & my country ID name as well?

Use your husband's last name if that's the one you want to use. Your green card will then have your new last name. It's not going to contradict your K-1 paperworks. The USCIS understand very well that many many people change their last name when getting married. Plus, on the AOS form it asks for previous names used. You can put your maiden name there.

No immediate need to renew your passport, but just make sure that you will have a copy of your marriage certificate if you travel out of the US, to be able to quickly explain the difference of last name between your green card and passport. :)

I know it's not an easy decision to change your name, but your are starting a new "life" here in the US so, the earliest you change your name (if that's what you want), the easiest it will be. If you decide to change your name later, you will have to change your green card, which is not free at all.
