Thanks for the quick response, i already printed the bar coded cover sheets, have everything ready except the tax transcipts,i ordered them last week with the 2012,that is why i wondering if i could use 2011,2010 and 2009 if that is perfectly fine because i already have them and ordered them last year. Do i need to send 1040 with tax transcript and W-2 ?

Since you ordered them already, maybe you can just wait for a few more days till you received them in the mail. You don't need 1040 & W-2 anymore if you are submitting tax transcripts.

What I did, I made copies of the transcripts for my AOS packets & kept the ones IRS sent me for my records.

Does employment letter states the current salary? also, sanding pay stub is optional. The goal is to prove your current salary, whether by pay stubs or letter.

No need to send two copies of tax transcript. I assume your co-sponsor is your spouse?

I still included 6 months pay stubs. I followed what was recommended by the VJ Wiki for the NVC.

No need to include 2nd copy of the transcripts for the co-sponsor.

You may want to include a copy of your spouse US passport as proof of his citizenship. That's what I did.

Yea, I also plan to include both letter and pay stubs, I am the type who likes to over prepare.

Good point about proof of citizenship. I also plan to include both our driver license copies to prove that we live together but that's probably overkill.

Lastly our w-2 for 2012 since we have not filed taxes yet

Yes both of our employment letter has hourly wages on them and how many hours we are contracted to work and yes my co- sponsor is my husband.
