Your husband lives in the chicago area?

Or he sent to the chicago lockbox?

If he's LIVES in the chicago area, then no sorry, you'll be waiting still for a bit.

Hope for 4mos total.

Chicago is currently working on October and hopefully moving to november soon.

If he does not live near chicago, then what major city is he near?

Or even better:

Chicago has started to pick up pace.

That why i say hope for 4mo.

4 mos is hopeful, but 5 is totally realistic.

My husband got hard copy of Noa 1 from NBC, I hope it will get approved in 90 days as his lawyer said

Tomorrow is my 90th day. I am very hopeful as I know couple of people who got approved between 70 to 90 days from NBC.

Hope you will get it soon. Hang in there...

My petition is still at NBC as far as I know and I am well over the 100 day mark now and heading toward the 4th month in March. But I think for Morocco, it's averaging 160+ days before they will decide.

Yes, you are right. The average time for Morocco is more than other countries, so that maybe the reason with your case.

Good luck and keep us updated with your case.

President Obama directed USCIS to reduce the interview time for Nonimmigrant visas like Student, work or visitor. So just because we are USC we have to suffer. I have a friend who is on a student visa here, and guess what? his wife is here. She got a visa in a day. So what did we do wrong? still trying to understand.

Few days ago I called my congressman and asked him to stop talking about all these immigration reform stuffs instead he should look into issues related to USC.

 @ USCIS

As I understood nobody can't tell the exact timeframe so it can be from 2 to 5 months, even our lawyer couldn't tell it, seems it depends on everything - beneficiary's country, petitioner's living area, service center and how correct you filled petition, better don't make mind busy with all that processing time issue and make it busy with another stuff
